Tuscaloosa Apartment Guide

The Tuscaloosa Apartment Guide is printed semi-annually and distributed every week throughout the greater Tuscaloosa, AL area. 70,000 copies available through 250 locations (many of which are exclusive) insure market saturation and exposure to the marketplace. Each and every area apartment resident could receive up to three and one-half copies each!

The book is designed to make apartment shopping smooth and easy. Whether the shopper is concerned with space (# bedrooms, baths, etc.) or with price or area, the Guide addresses that concern by quick cross references and formats that allow comparing “apples to apples”. This will result in the shopper entering the marketplace well informed, and thus, pre-qualified for the purpose of leasing a residence.

Ad rates are quite affordable. The quarter-page color listing is the basic building block for the publication. Prices begin at just $35 per month. The full-page full color (includes the quarter page listing) is just $225 per month ($52 per week). For all property advertisers, these rates include being featured on the web sites: www.ApartmentsNationwide.com, www.ApartmentsAlabama.com, and www.TuscaloosaApartmentGuide.com. Most advertisers report that the Apartment Guide returns at least half of the traffic generated by an external paid advertising source, and a higher percentage of their leases.
